Slogan... only slogan

As expected, no response yet from MBJB regarding the opened manhole on the road near my apartment. It's already more than 1 week since I've reported the incident via their 'E-Aduan' website. Proof that nothing has changed in the government... as hopeless as ever. "Rakyat Didahulukan, Pencapaian Diutamakan" is just plain slogan... We know who are the one "didahulukan" and what is "diutamankan". Unfortunately, it were not and still are not the "rakyat" and "pencapaian".
